This original CLINIWARE t-shirt reads: "1942-1972". And on the back: "Tuskegee Experiment. Never forget. Never repeat."

A reason commonly cited to explain the hesitancy of Black people to participate in clinical trials is the Tuskegee Experiment which spanned 30 years. The U.S. Public Health Service conducted a study on 600 Black men in Tuskegee Alabama who had syphilis, continuing to merely observe the progress of disease even after penicillin was discovered, and singularly representing the reason that informed consent is now law. Let the "T" word on our t-shirt serve as a reminder to always put patients and their well-being first.

This t-shirt feels soft and lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. It's comfortable and flattering for all.
